CrossFit Brea's Advanced Class is officially up and running. It is also the training regimen for those who want to compete in the games. It is going to be a alot of fun.

This looks like it broke you. 53lb weighted RING Dip.

I think we need to find our max. I found my regular dip max, time to move on to more challenging.

I hope the 2 days rest did you right.
