Doing my Burpups now.

I have a really nasty mean workout planned for Saturday. Over a 10 hour period, we have to do 1000 burpees, 500 situps and run 5 miles. Everything is at your own pace excpet the burpees are going to be done at the pace of 25 burpees every 15 minutes. When that 15 minutes hits, stop what you are doing and do your burpees. If you are running, eating, napping, whatever it is, stop and do them. This is 1/10 of the total burpees I did over my 200 day burpee ladder. I can't wait to be sore.

btw, burpups are going to be a little difficult because my pull up bar at home has 2 steps down to my garage floor. Done anyway - just a longer jump.

Not to mention, I did 22+ rounds of Cindy today.
