Update

I will be able to go back to 100% CrossFit starting in early January. Until then. I am stuck doing light low intensity workouts... see you then.

Your rest and heal time is coming to an end. I've been thinking about how frustrating this time must be for you. Remember when you come back you will not be where you were. Take it easy at first, find out where your body is and go from there. I hope to get you working hard soon.
