Sprints, Pull-up Ladder

Skills/ Warm-up:
Snatch, 65lbs.

WOD:
50 meter 3x Sled Sprint, 20kg
30 meter 5x Sled Sprint, 20kg
30 meter 5x Sprint

Then:
Pull-up ladder

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Minutes: 15

Pull-ups completed: 105

Note(s): Cycling off the CrossFit.com WOD and switching to my own programming for a month, then I am going to go back to the mainsite WOD. Just an experiment.
